Cancellation Policy

Please review our booking and cancellation policy carefully: Booking Policy Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the workshop. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations within 24 Hours of Booking: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 Hours of Booking: If you cancel your booking after 24 hours of making the reservation, a 25% charge will be deducted from your refund. No Refunds for Attended Sessions: No refunds will be issued for any sessions that you have attended.
